Despite its proximity to the lively nightlife, the room I stayed in was surprisingly peaceful, offering a welcome respite from the chaos outside.I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff who were always willing to assist. The free and reliable Wi-Fi was a definite plus, especially for someone like me who relies on staying connected. However, I found the overall room amenities lacking in terms of luxury; While the essentials were provided, there was a noticeable absence of certain conveniences like a mini-bar or plush bedding that are often associated with higher-end accommodations.In terms of additional services, I found the tour assistance offered by the guesthouse to be competitively priced compared to other options in Phuket. This cost-effective option was a welcome surprise, especially considering the inflated rates I encountered elsewhere. However, guests looking for more upscale features like airport shuttle or express check-in/out might find themselves wanting more from Star Guesthouse in terms of luxury offerings.Star Guesthouse strikes a good balance between affordability and convenience, making it a wise choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location and cleanliness over extravagant luxuries.
